Delivery Promise

In considerations of the delicate nature of cakes that need to be handled with care during delivery, bad weather conditions, traffic conditions and other natural causes which may result in a delay. We provide a refund via STORE CREDIT for all late delivery orders for more than 60 minutes.

For example, should you have selected a 04:00 PM to 05:00 PM time slot, we will refund you via store credit if we arrive at 06:01 PM onward, but will NOT refund you if we arrived any time before 06:00 PM. Refund will be made via STORE CREDITS for cakes only.

Time Slots

Delivery time slots are available in two hour time frames. For example, at check out, you may choose a time slot such as 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm, or 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm. We will deliver any time within your selected time slot.

Free Delivery (Any time slot from 10 am to 8 pm):

Free delivery for all orders above $80.

Standard Delivery (Any time slot from 10 am to 8 pm):

$8 per order. 

1 Hour Express Delivery:

$18 per order. Order now and receive within one hour.

Extended Areas Delivery:

$15 per order for locations such as Jurong Island, Sentosa and Tuas.

After Hours Delivery:

After Hours Delivery (10PM – 11PM): $30

After Hours Delivery (11PM to 11:59PM): $35

Important Delivery Notes

Please ensure that accurate information is presented when you are at check out page. Should the delivery be a failure due to incorrect address or contact number, a re-delivery charge of $25 will have to be paid. Otherwise, we will bring back the order to our premises, and refund you 50% of your total order amount.

Last Minute Changes

Please ensure that all details submitted are accurate when you are at check out page. No changes are allowed 24hrs before expected delivery. Details such as; Recipient Address, Recipient Contact, Time Slot, Date of Delivery, Card Message, etc.. Should there be changes, your orders are subjected to additional charges accordingly.
