What qualifies as an order that is unsatisfactory?
The full refund via store credit, or replacement, can be opted for should we deliver cakes that are not in good condition, or should we be late for delivery for more than one hour that are not due to unnatural causes.
The cake I ordered was toppled. How do I opt for the refund or replacement ASAP?

What else should I know about the guarantees? (IMPORTANT!)
- We only perform the replacement or store credit refund for cakes. Other accompanying items such as balloons or flowers are not covered.
- Photo evidence must be presented to us upon request. Customers who wish to lodge a complaint and do not have a photo will not be liable to any remedy.
