Paris Baguette is a South Korean-based cafe and bakery chain in Singapore that is frequented by many members of the working class, who scramble to get their hands on their bread, sandwiches and salads as a quick bite for lunch. The franchise is expanding rapidly, with various outlets islandwide, mostly located in the downtown core, serving white-collar workers with their daily dose of coffee and brunch.
Product selection
Although Paris Baguette is most well-known for their brunch menu items, their cakes, tarts, pastries and other desserts deserve just as much attention. An honourable mention would be their Royal Pudding, which is their bestselling custard pudding that comes in various flavours. They also have a selection of cakes such as cheesecakes, chocolate cakes, and fresh fruit cream cakes which feature seasonal fruit such as grapes, mango or premium strawberries. The fruit that is currently in season is mango, so there are plenty of mango themed cakes for you to enjoy!
The cakes at Paris Baguette come as a whole and in slices so you can choose to buy a slice to go with your cup of coffee, or buy a whole cake for a special occasion. Small cakes such as Strawberry Mascarpone Cake and Mango & Yuzu Short Cake, or tarts such as their Blueberry Tart and Caramel Banana Tart are also a good match with a warm cuppa joe.
