Customisation
You can choose to customize your cakes with a message on the cake. Each message is limited to a maximum of 30 characters in English, simplified Chinese or alphanumeric characters.

Delivery
Delivery takes a minimum of 2 working days for normal cakes and 5 working days for 3D cakes, excluding the day of order and delivery. Polar Puffs & Cakes recommends customers to order as early as possible during festive seasons or peak periods.
The delivery charge is $18 per order for one location. Free delivery service is available for orders above $160. Additional charges apply to delivery to special locations such as Sentosa, Tuas and Marina Bay Sands.
Payment Options
For online orders, you can pay by either Visa or Mastercard. You can also choose the cash payment method when you order at the physical stores.
