Established in 1993, Rive Gauche Patisserie Singapore brings an array of finely-crafted cakes and pastries to the table.
So, how did the name ‘Rive Gauche’ come about? It refers to the left bank of the Seine River in Paris, which comprises an area brimming with French culture, literature and the arts. Drawing inspiration from this, the Rive Gauche brand strives to evoke emotion and creativity through the authentic and rich flavours of their cakes and pastries, which are baked daily for assured freshness.
Delivered with a touch of finesse, Rive Gauche’s cakes and pastries are the results of pure unadulterated passion and skill. With 7 outlets all over Singapore, Rive Gauche has indeed succeeded in making a name for itself over the years!

Rather than putting forth an extensive range of cakes, Rive Gauche chooses the genius strategy of focusing on only a few types of cakes, and doing them well. Choose from different varieties of cakes such as Strawberry Shortcake, Tiramisu, Signature Guanaja, Yuzu Cheesecake, Cookies N Cream cake, and more.
The classic Strawberry Shortcake comprises strawberries and whipped cream sandwiched between layers of light sponge. The Tiramisu consists of original Italian tiramisu mousse and layers of rich coffee liqueur sponge. Chocolate lovers will make a beeline for the Signature Guanaja, which is made with French Valrhona Guanaja dark chocolate, complete with ganache, sponge cake, pralines and a feuilletine base.
The Mango Mousse is a refreshing blend of fresh fruits and traditional sponge, while the Mont Blanc offers layers of moist sponge cake and rich chestnut cream. Get a refreshing twist with the Yuzu Cheesecake, which has notes of fresh lime zest.

The Fruit Charlotte is a sight to behold, boasting two layers of finger sponge and vanilla mousse, topped with an array of colourful fresh fruits. For more elegant occasions, the picture-perfect Sakura Mousse and Lavender Earl Grey cakes might be just what the doctor ordered.
Alternatively, delight in the Cookies N Cream cake, comprising cream cheese filled with crumbled cookies and finished with chocolate ganache; or the Brownie Cheese Cake, that’s a delightful blend of smooth cream cheese and cubes of rich chocolate brownie.
Other flavours include the Triple Berries, that comes with an explosion of fresh strawberries, blueberries and blackberries; the Banana Chocolate, which combines fresh bananas with chocolate and fudge sponge, layered with Bailey’s Irish custard cream; as well as the Blueberry Mousse, sporting a crunchy biscuit crust topped with a layer of delectable blueberry jelly.
If you’re celebrating a special occasion, jazz up your cake with a novel Homemade Chocolate Longevity Bun or Homemade Chocolate Golden Key topper. Other items include mooncakes for their Mid-Autumn’s Festival as well as cookies.
Placing Orders
Place your order through Rive Gauche’s official website, where you can choose to have the above cakes either as a whole cake or a slice, if you’re looking for something a little more petite. You’ll also be prompted to choose the size of the cake, which varies with the number of people it’ll serve. The best part? All cakes are made fresh after an order has been placed, guaranteeing that you’ll receive nothing but the best.
Upon check-out, you’ll also be able to indicate an inscription to be placed on the cake, the length of which is limited to a maximum of 35 candles. Candles are also complimentary with every purchase! Both delivery and pick-up are available for all orders.

Alternatively, you can also look out for the QR code at any Rive Gauche outlet’s cashier, scan the code, then enter and verify your email. Every successful sign-up will receive a unique QR code, which will allow the cashier to allocate you RG coins with every purchase. The accumulation of these RG coins will enable you to redeem items with every dine-in and takeaway purchase. There’s also no expiry date for the RG coins, so the more you spend, the more you earn – it’s a win-win situation!
Customisation
Unfortunately, Rive Gauche does not offer any customisation services at the present moment.
Delivery
Upon check-out, you’ll be prompted to key in your postal code, as well as select your desired delivery date and time. Delivery slots are available in 1-hour time slots between 9am and 3pm on a daily basis, except for Sundays.
Rive Gauche has partnered with Oddle for their delivery service, where Delivery fees are calculated based on distance. Delivery is also free for orders totalling $150 and above!
Payment Options
Payment can be made via credit or debit card on Oddle’s website, which you’ll be redirected to from Rive Gauche’s website.
